Barn name for Varnish Appy mare?

I have a 13 year old varnish appy. Her registered name is Ok Truly a Gem, her barn name right now is Gem, but to many people hear it as Jim or Jem. My girl is a GIRL and should be called as such. She is blue eyed, and blind in one of them. Her eyes are pale green with aqua colored centers.
