My son is disrespectful, gotten arrested for drugs and now is failing his senior year?

my husband and i are looking to kick him out he is going to be 18 on may 24th 2011, we have a short time to go however, we are facing fines for truency, his drug charges, and now his failing grade in a tech course is costing us 1,523 dollars since he choose not to show up and will not put forth any effort to p. We have had many many problems prior to these past incidences and we have tired to provide concequeces to his actions which have fallen on deaf ears....
