Is it possible to fall in love so quickly?

Hello. Now before you ask, im a responsible adult, im not a hormonal teenager! But ive met on hell of an amazing guy, but ive only been his girlfriend since friday, but im getting incredible feelings for him, and he is getting the same. Weve even met each others parents, today when i came home sick from work, he dropped everything to come to mine and see that i was ok. I dont think ive ever felt so smitten with someone, i feel like i trust him so much already. Ive met his friends and they all like me, and my friends like him too! whats going on? im not going to rush in and say i love you, but has anyone else felt like this and its worked out? cos right now, all i can think is that this is the one, ive never met someone who made me feel like such a princess!!
