I can't stop overeating no matter what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I have this same issue, kind of. Not quite as bad. I occupy myself though. Do not buy tons of things when you go to the store. Do not buy cookies, ice cream, etc. I find this an easy way to get over ice cream, if your really craving it then substitute it with real fruit (not artificial) popcycles. Hang out with your friends and family. Exercise, go on a walk atleast once a day. When your outside, you have nothing to eat. Use whole wheat bread instead of white. Fruit actually has a lot of sugar in it. It's not that bad, but it would help to eat more vegetables. Don't watch TV that often, more than half of the commercials on it are food commercials. Which will make you think you want more. It's better to eat small meals every 3 hours. Do not eat sugary cereals, either. Eat a normal dinner, they are more filling then weight watchers. Don't think about food. Spend your time wisely. Do not eat if your bored, I have this same issue, but as I said I occupy myself so I don't. Don't eat after 9, and go to sleep early. So you don't go crazy, it also helps if you have one day of the week when you eat something extra. Break the rules a little bit. Get a milkshake, or whatever. It also helps if you don't buy things like that. Get them at restruants so you can't eat anymore. I hope I helped :)
