Bone marrow & tuberculosis.?

I have a relative in serious need of a bone marrow transplant. I would like to get on the Registry but I don't know that I can. I have latent tuberculosis antibodies in my body, have for a few years. The disease is not active. Will this prevent me from becoming a potential donor unless I take all those medications they want me to take for like a year?
