I have a new laptop but cant get it onto the internet, can you help?

I live in germany right now and am with tks...i have a 1054 DSL box but no disk anymore. i have a new laptop and cant get it connected to the net because of this, i cant get it to go wireless either, can i download the instalation disk at all?
