Pokemon Diamond help?

Castform Is a pretty weak pokemon, I only got mine to lvl 30 but it was really weak, you don't really need a electric pokemon because you have thunder, thunderbolt, and thunder fang. I would suggest just adding a really powerful pokemon, if you can try getting a deoxys and using it to back up your team
