Program to change Windows 7 Starter Loading WIndows screen at startup?

Hi, i have recently Received a ASUS Eee PC Running Windows 7 STARTER and i have been very unhappy with the way you cannot customise it i have searched Google and have found a way to change the wallpaper and logon background but i think the windows 7 starter loading windows screen at the startup is REALLY BORING! so is it possible to download a program that will change this? PLEASE HELP! Thanks Mitch
