Red Dead Redemption Xbox Live- How to make a glitch noticed= fixed.?

Is there any way we, as players, can make the glitches on the game fixed? Or noticed by the Rock Star staff so they can fix it? Its really annoying watching invincible players kill people who are new or people who are pro. Its really dumb. Reason why i left Grand Theft Auto 4 was to go to a game that is balanced. Now this is happening... Just pathetic.
