When will the Watchtower put in print its new policy to not DF or DA those who take blood?

Since there will never be another person to get DFd or DAd due to accepting a blood transfusion, why is the Watchtower dragging its feet in putting it into print? Might their printing it officially in the Watchtower save some lives? The longer they wait to print this info the more people will die. Please call Patterson at 8453061000 and urge the Governing Body to immediately print an article detainling the new changes in the blood doctrine.
