Help!! I'm really worried and quite unhappy!

hi, i have started running a few months ago and surprised how much i have toned up. I also do squats and lunges as my legs were not the best to look at, and yes there is an improvement. You could do with writing down a plan that you are going to do, if you are new to running you could start with some interval running run 1 min recover 1 min for 20 mins do that 4 - 5 times a week then google some leg exercise and write down what you are going to do. Make your routine fun and you are more likely to stick to it. Eat regular and healthy 6 small meals is better than 3 and drink water. Add some crunches to your plan just 3 sets of 10 is plenty to start with but i would look on youtube as well it shows some great exercise to do but make sure you write your plan out as you will stick to it then, good luck x
