Has anyone ever used Thermoplastic Denture Adhesive?

I lost the insert telling how much to use because when I first bought it, I got frustrated because it wasn't working and I guess I threw the insert away by mistake. I've been reading some reviews for it, and most people seem to love it, so I thought maybe I was applying it wrong and wanted to try again but I don't remember how much to use, etc. So if anyone could help, I would appreciate it!
