Why are people ignorant towards the environment. Never mind the media, what does your common sense tell you?

Have a great earth day and plant a tree. Recycle and compost everyday and drive only when needed. Use energy efficent products and only buy products that are not over packaged. Don't you think if we are good to the earth itwill be good to us?
