My 7 month old totally refuses milk!!?

my son was diagnosed with cows milk allergy at 2 months and has never liked the milk he is on. Hes recovering from bronchilitis at the moment and was in hospital, but in 2 weeks he has not had a bottle of his formula, he has just started eating his solids again but no milk, I weaned him at 5 months because he has always disliked the milk. The doctor at the hospital said not to worry as he is taking water and juice and the home after hospital team advised not to worry, but I am worried. He cant have yoghurt either to get the calcium he needs and they say not to mix the powder in his food???
