Pport: I am a traveller,I travel through Europe getting seasonal work here and there.?

I work in countries from Norway to France and all in between.My question is,I am due to renew my pport next year but I have no fixed address,I work in the Alps in the winter and bar work on beaches all summer.How do I get my Pport renewed ?
